Has anyone had issues accessing their Pioneer.ai account after purchasing Pro?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice regarding an issue I experienced after purchasing a Pro account on Pioneer.ai.

After the purchase, my account access was restricted/blocked, and I’m currently unable to log in or manage my account settings. My main concern is that I also can’t access the billing section to remove or update my payment details.

A few other people I know said they experienced similar account access issues, so I wanted to ask if anyone here has gone through the same thing.

Has anyone been able to:

regain access to their account,
contact Pioneer.ai support successfully,
cancel the subscription,
or prevent future charges through their bank/card provider?
I’m not trying to make accusations — I’m just trying to understand what my options are and avoid being charged again for a service I can’t currently access. im affraid they are scammers.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.
